Starting in 2017 the Deighton Griffith School became the first school in Barbados to launch Google's G Suite for Education platform.  This gives the school access to ALL of Google's apps and features in a safe, educational focused environment.  As a result of this the school has been able to

• Provide @deightongriffith.edu.bb emails for EVERY student AND soon parents

• Use Google Classroom for online teaching and homework monitoring

• Use Google Docs for assignments, SBAs, groupwork etc.

• Control the type of material viewed by students

• Involve parents more in the education of their children/wards

• Bring the 21st Century skills of collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking into the classroom

• Move teaching and learning beyond the four walls of the classroom!
